Frequently asked questions:
1. How do I place an order?
Ordering your favorite items is easy. Choose the item you would like and select the correct color and size in which you want to order the item. Click on 'add to shopping cart' and the item will be added to your shopping cart (note: items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you). You can pay immediately or continue shopping. When you have put everything you want to order in your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart and click on checkout. Finally, follow the steps to pay for your order and your order has been placed! You will then be informed of your order by e-mail.
2. Can I pick up my order in the store?
No, at the moment we do not have a physical store and orders cannot be picked up.
3. Can I still change/merge or cancel my order?
At the moment we cannot merge or adjust orders that have been placed . As soon as your order arrives, your items will be hung ready to be shipped.
It is possible to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been packed, you can send an email to email@example.com. We make no guarantees in this regard.
4. How can I pay?
You can pay with IDEAL, BANKCONTACT, GIROPAY & SOFORT.
5. How can I return?
If your item is not to your liking, that's a shame, but no problem. You can return your item/s in the packaging of your order. You will find a return form enclosed, which must be completed in full. We will not accept returns without a completed return form.
At the moment our returns portal is out of order. It is not possible to download your return form. If there is no return form in your package, we ask you to add a note with your name, order number & reasons for return.
You can return your item in the packaging sent by us. You can choose a Postnl point to return your package.
The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer.
Returns are processed twice a week and you will receive a notification from us when your return has been processed and you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 working days.
6. I still want to exchange my item for something else, is that possible?
When your order arrives, your items will be hung ready for shipment. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to exchange. Order a new item and return your first order (at your own expense).
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then check whether your order can still be canceled before it is shipped. We make no guarantees in this regard.
The return costs for an exchange remain for your own account.
7. My item was damaged, incorrectly delivered or incomplete, what now?
Oh no! How annoying! If there is something wrong with your ordered items, you can send an email to email@example.com & we will be happy to help you solve it.
8.How often do you ship?
We do not ship every day, but twice a week, not on fixed days. We always ship orders on a first-come, first-served basis & aim to dispatch all orders within 4/5 BUSINESS DAYS.
