1. How do I place an order?
Ordering your favorite items is easy. Choose the item you would like and select the correct color and size in which you want to order the item. Click on 'add to shopping cart' and the item will be added to your shopping cart (note; items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you). You can pay immediately or continue shopping. Once you have added everything you want to order to your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart and click on checkout. Finally, follow the steps to pay for your order and your order has been placed! You will then be kept informed of your order by email.
2. Can I pick up my order in the store?
You can pick up an order upon request. You can then provide a note with your order. Please state that you would like to collect the product. We will then contact you for a collection appointment.
3. Can I still change/merge or cancel my order?
At this time we are unable to merge or adjust orders that have been placed. As soon as your order comes in, your items are ready to be shipped.
It is possible to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been packed, for this you can send an email to order@ditislot.nl. We provide no guarantees in this regard.
4. How can I pay?
You can pay with us with IDEAL, BANKCONTACT, GIROPAY & SOFORT.
5. How can I return?

Is your item not to your liking? that's a shame, but no problem. You can return your item/s in the packaging of your order. You will find a return form included, which must be completed completely. We will not accept returns without a completed return form.
You can return your item in the packaging we sent. You can choose a Postnl point to return your package.
The shipping risk of returns is for the buyer.
Returns are processed twice a week and you will receive a notification from us when your return has been processed and you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 working days.
6. I still want to exchange my item for something else, is that possible?
When your order arrives, your items will be ready for shipment. Unfortunately, exchanges are no longer possible. You can order a new item and return your first order (at your own expense).
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can email order@ditislot.nl. We will then check whether your order can still be canceled before it is shipped. We provide no guarantees in this regard.
The return costs for an exchange remain at your own expense.
7. My item is damaged, incorrectly delivered or incomplete, what now?
Oh no! How annoying! Our apologies, if there is something wrong with your ordered items, you can send an email to order@ditislot.nl and we will be happy to help you resolve it.
8. How often do you ship?
We do not ship every day, but twice a week, not on fixed days. We always ship orders on a first-come, first-served basis & aim to ship all orders within 4/5 working days.
If you have a specific reason why an order 'must' be with you before a certain time, please let us know in the comments and we will always do our best.
9. Could I start a great collaboration with you?
We love great collaborations and are always open to this. If you have a nice proposal, please send an email to info@ditislot.nl and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

11. Parking live shopping day
During the live shopping events you can park at the following locations:

3. Advantage Paint Hall-> Van den Bergsweg 7 (only on the side opposite the car wash)
4. Smits Agro -> Rudolf Dieselstraat 18 (keep doors to the warehouse clear)
5. Ponsteen Printing -> Rudolf Dieselstraat 22
Our building is located on a business park, so please ensure that cars are not parked in front of entrances, and only at the above companies (do not park at the Fash.com building next to us).
