PRICES AND SHIPPING

All items include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.

The shipping costs may vary per product, depending on the size and weight. The shipping costs include packaging and administration costs. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during the order.

For orders above € 150,-- no shipping costs will be charged within the Netherlands.

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible within 7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship 2 times a week. We do not ship on fixed days.

This does not apply to handmade items, these have a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks.

SEND

Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. If the product is damaged, you can of course return it free of charge. When the damaged product has been received, a new product will be sent as soon as possible if in stock. The return costs are of course for our account.

FETTER

You can pick up an order at the store upon request. You can enter a note with your order. Mention here that you would like to pick up the product in the store. We will then contact you for an appointment.

NOT AVAILABLE

In the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will inform you within 5 working days. We will refund the paid amount as soon as possible to the account that was used to pay or you may choose another item.

We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. In this case, the purchase amount of the item will be refunded within 14 days.

WRONG DELIVERY

If your delivered order does not correspond to the order placed, you can contact customer service. We can be reached via order@ditislot.nl.

FAQ

I'M NOT HOME, WHERE IS MY ORDER NOW?

After the free first delivery attempt when you are not at home, PostNL will leave a collection message in your letterbox. The order can be picked up at one of 1800 PostNL collection points in the Netherlands and keep the non-home message. Check the nearest location at  PostNL service point. No note in the mailbox? The location can be traced using the Track and Trace code.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately get to work. Unfortunately, we can no longer make changes.
